Product overview
The pump body is made of PP/PVDF engineering plastic injection molding, which can resist strong acid and alkali and can run idling. The motor shaft adopts SUS304 stainless steel shaft, and the motor shaft adopts high-speed butt welding shaft process to ensure the service strength of the long shaft. The pump head assembly is completely molded, standardized, easy to disassemble and assemble, and easy to maintain. Suitable for all kinds of acid and alkali circulation, cooling, spray cleaning equipment, waste gas tower, etching, electrophoretic coating, waste water treatment, etc.

Product installation and precautions:
1. This pump has no shaft seal pump. When the liquid level rises to the vicinity of the flange surface of the pump motor, liquid leakage will occur above the pump. Therefore, please refer to the following setting examples when installing the pump.
2. When air is trapped in the front cover and suction pipe, the pump will not be able to lift water. In order not to accumulate air, the raised pipe should be avoided to prevent air locking (idling).
3. When conveying the mixed liquid of particles, a filter screen should be installed.
4. When setting in the groove, depending on the liquid medicine, the front cover should use PPS material and other screws.
5. Excessive locking of pump flange surface is strictly prohibited.
A. piping and pump flange surface should be parallel, and avoid excessive screw locking.
B. When flexible connecting pipes or SUS movable flanges and inner gaskets are used on the piping side, over-tightening screws shall be avoided, resulting in deformation of the pump flange.
6. Piping load is strictly prohibited.
a. Fully support the piping weight with the bracket.
B. high temperature (40 ℃), should consider the piping thermal expansion, without increasing the pump load, set the flexure or expansion joint.
C. as far as possible to avoid metal fittings, and plastic piping construction.
