Magnetic gear pump is a kind of magnetic actuator to achieve non-contact torque transmission to replace the dynamic seal with static seal, so that the pump to achieve completely no leakage of the positive displacement gear pump. The pump with magnetic coupling isolation transmission, generally for rotary working pump. Half of the magnetic coupler (inner magnet) is installed on the pump shaft and sealed in the pump body with an isolation cover made of non-ferromagnetic material; the other half (outer magnet) is installed on the motor shaft, and the inner magnet is driven by magnetic force outside the isolation cover to drive the pump to work, so there is no leakage. Its bearings are made of self-lubricating materials and lubricated with liquid, which is suitable for conveying toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive, corrosive and valuable liquids without particles. The pump uses an independent lubrication system, and is sent to the liquid isolation structure, suitable for conveying containing particles, slurry material and high temperature liquid (450 ℃).
