1. It is strictly prohibited to run idling because when the magnetic drive pump is running short of liquid, the sliding bearing of the pump chamber will lose lubrication and wear quickly under high-speed operation conditions. The internal magnetic rotor magnetic eddy current cutting magnetic field generates enough heat to demagnetize the magnet. Although some manufacturers claim that the magnetic pump can withstand idling, in fact, the premise is that the idling time can only be empty 3 to 5 minutes.

2. Prohibit long-term closed valve operation. When the flow rate is close to 0, the power required by the impeller is not 0, and the power obtained on the impeller will be converted into heat, which will cause vaporization. The bearing heats up and wears, and the friction between the rotor and the isolation sleeve causes high temperature demagnetization.

3. Avoid cavitation

4, it is forbidden to run the magnetic drive pump for a long time under extreme flow conditions, which will lead to excessive bearing load.

5, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the rated temperature difference magnetic drive pump in the use of the process to monitor the temperature change, can not exceed the rated temperature.

6, to avoid thermal shock general pump heating or cooling rate can not be greater than 10 ℃/min.

7. Start the magnetic pump after filling the liquid. Before starting the magnetic drive pump, fill the pump cavity with enough liquid to achieve the effect of draining all the air.

8. The steering of the magnetic drive pump shall not be reversed. The brand name of the pump body shall be consistent. Reversal is easy to burn the motor.
